Now, today my Mogul stubmled upon either Cricket or Blue Wireless, both of which sprint has NO roaming agreement with. When I was on this carrier, the roaming triangle WAS displayed. I guess it did this because those carriers are not in the PRL at all.
What do you guys think?

CDMA devices don't just stumble upon another carrier. To roam on a particular network means that they are listed in the PRL inside your phone--Sprint would not have listed them there if they had no roaming agreement with them.
