Verizon phones always have issues loading custom ROMs.. it's a really a hit or miss situation with them :/ I'd try lowering the pagepool.

Why would you install CF 3.5 when it's already in the ROM ? I dont know about the others.. that's just too weird.

1. Switch to Interceptor R4 or latest build. Fixes many issues and I haven't seen any drawbacks since I switched.
2. We need to either dump the HTC messaging client or fix it. Amarullz fix on his thread at XDA is not perfect yet but worth following. Since the HTCmessaging client required for M2.5 CAN'T really be made to function correctly without MAJOR modification and knowing the mysterious server IP address. I would recommend applying the fixes found here in the kitchen. I have had the best success in cooking in the HTCmessaging client, arcsoft and the disabler. At least I believe that's how I have it set up. Works really well out of the box, no need to uninstall picturemail, arcsoft then install arcsoft...blah, blah, blah. It uses MS default when needed and I haven't had any problems.

Those are my two biggies, just my 2C.

I'll have to try #1. #2. is a bitch. especially for CDMA.
