it seems like not only does she not understand the question, she doesn't know how to multi-task either.
They need to set up a black list for help center people, like how they have the Retail Employee Shoplifter List of all the employees caught stealing.
I really hate how they apologize over and over. One time I told the guy "stop apologizing and tell me what you need from me, in the time it takes you to apologize 10 times, I could have given you the information."
