[WARMACHN]

I have the same problem and was told by other members the phone needs to be replaced... I hard reset my phone and still when am on a call some times they stop hearing me and the back light turns off but the lights in the bottom stay lit. I open the key board and the lights go on as well. but the back light would not go on. unless I pull the battery out of the phone. I haven't changed it yet...
