You are right, i did want a TP2, after 4 TP's it is getting annoying, and honestly i figured with a TP2 i wouldnt have to call back to support with issues with the faulty TP.
Everyone is pointing out i need to be nicer, and i dont disagree, i let the little things bother me. like explaining everything to a rep, to have them transfer me and HANG UP. ITS NOT LIKE THEY DONT HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER TO CALL ME BACK!!!!! Then i have to explain it again, the frustrating process already starts. when that happens 3 times in 3 hrs, yeah, im not going to be happy with them.
