Be careful with Task Killers, I have read issues with them killing necessary services.

Everything I have read says just don't worry about the apps closing or not. Android is just that good at memory management. Even if an app is still running it may not be using any resources.

I know this is a mind-blowing concept for us ex-Windows Mobile users but it is true.
