Sprint renewed my contract without telling me... Mad
I'm so mad right now. I looked on my account yesterday and checked the contract fulfillment date. It's 2010. Fracking 2010. I never authorized any renewal of my contract. The only thing I can think of is last December I was having so many problems with my Mogul and complaining to Sprint so much that they offered to replace it with a Touch Pro. I had to use my $75 upgrade credit I had at the time, but never was anything said about extending the contract. This wasn't supposed to be an upgrade. This was a replacement for a faulty device. I even specifically asked if this was going to extend my contract and was told no.
Is there anything I can do about this? I haven't called or anything yet because I've been trying to figure this out. They can't just renew your contract without specifically informing you and receiving your permission can they? Can and will they reverse this when I call? Maybe I'm being foolish, but with all the problems I had with my Mogul, the Touch Pro not being any better, and now this contract BS I'm done with Sprint. The only bad this is if I leave the expiration date as it is I fall under the prorated ETF and would save about $80, or get it reversed and pay the whole $200. Though I think with all this crap if nothing they should waive the ETF because I certainly don't want another phone from them.
The only other thing I can think of doing to get away from Sprint is to TOL my SERO plan to someone else and sell off my Touch Pro and Mogul that I have.
