big ol plus one. i'm trying to help also because a week ago today, i had just picked up my bnib tp2 from the sprint store! i got it by reading the ENTIRE thread, not just the last page!

i agree with everything except this, as this was how i got mine. called tech support 10/28 and they sent me to a repair center, repair center ordered and i got it 10/29. but what people have to realize is that this WILL NOT work for everyone. as radar stated, keep trying different stores or *2 reps. the tech told me sprint was doing this, so remain calm and it'll happen.
