Ultimately what i figured out was that i had Outlook open on my comp and anytime that it did a send/receive it would pull the emails off the server which made the phone not pick them up next time it did a send/receive.
So basically just gotta keep Outlook on my home computer closed when im not there. Pretty simple

You could always configure Outlook on the computer to leave a copy on ther server -either indefinitely or for a certain number of days -if that's what you prefer. You can then also configure your handheld Outlook to either delete them off the server when you delete them from the handheld or leave them there so you can clean them up from Outlook on the computer.
