literally the same device... but I was extemely disappointed with the uniform similarities between the two. Not near enough newness to justify an upgrade IMO
And as far as wifi goes , I've got Verizon so I dont
need no stinkin'wifi , lol. Some people 'have' to have it but I have never once found it useful on my 3G connected phone...
