As of right now there is no 6.5 update for touch pro 2 yet. if you looking to flash your phone with a cooked rom then you must wait for the HSPL to be release so you can unlock your phone. If you looking for the official release of WInMo 6.5 you should check with the HTC site or your carrier's site to see if any update has been release. You can isntall the rom by connecting your device thru the USB connection and using Activesync or the WMD on the newer versions of WIndows.
