I'm glad you caught my sarcasm so quickly. I am on my 5th month trying to get back the $579.99 charge that they took out of my credit card to 'hold' until I returned a 755P in an 'even' exchange for the Mogul on June 30th.
I have been told in 6 different dialects for more than 160 days to expect it to be credited to my card, my account, by check, etc in 3 to 5 business days.
Here is the real word on the update from Sprint
Sprint,
"You shall been given phone update in 3 to 5 days".
Us, "What about Thanksgiving? Does that count as a Day?"
Sprint,
"Thank you too for giving, is there anything I may assist you with today?"
Us, "You didn't answer my question. When will the ROM update actually be available?"
Sprint,
"ROM is not available today, he shall be available at this number on 22nd of this week."
Us, "On Thanksgiving?"
Sprint,
"Thank you too for giving, is there anything I may assist you with today?"
Us, "Ummm, no. Thank you....oh, and have a happy Thanksgiving Day."
Sprint,
"Thank you too for giving, is there anything I may assist you with today?"
Us, click, crackle pop, trying to hang up by headset.
