This worked for me to change the setting for "use current location", so in principle, it should work for the "Sent with Tellme" setting:
- Open Tellme
- Tap on Options > Settings
- Using your hardware keyboard, arrow down to the "Sent with Tellme" checkbox, then hit the keyboard once.
- Tap Done
If it was "checked" before, it should now be "un-checked".
And to answer someone else's question about the orange box, no, it does not fill in or change color using the method described above. There is no visual confirmation of anything changing - you just need to give it a whirl and test it!
I know it worked for the "use current location" setting!
