Call again and tell them that the last representative you spoke to, offered you a Treo Pro, a Snap and blackberrys. Tell them you cannot get a Blackberry bla bla bla u love windows mobile and that the other phones arent comparable. If she offers you a Touch Pro again ask for a supervisor. Tell the Supervisor if he can make an exception that you would not want to pay $100 for a touch pro since they have alot of problems and if there was any way you can get a TP2. AGAIN, THIS IS ONLY IF THEY SAY THEY HAVE A TOUCH PRO TO SEND YOU. Hope this helps.
