I think I've posted this many times across the board, but the bottom line is that Sprint's TP2 does NOT, I repeat, does NOT have a subsidy (network) lock on it. However as long as the phone see it tries to go on an US-based GSM network it will simply refuse to operate. Does not matter what type of SIM card you put in there, home-service (domestic) or roaming onto (international), as long as it goes onto an US-based GSM network, it'll simply refuse to work.

So to recap, in the States? GSM = no no; out of the States? GSM = Yes.
