I really do not need the data backup so much, but the extra features could be a life saver. From my home computer I had no problem locating my phone, I sent it a ring signal even when it was on vibrate, and I locked the phone. The only service I did not try was the wipe info option for obvious reasons. The only defect I could find was that if you select the backup memory card option it does not let you choose what folders and you will quickly eat up the 200 megs of alloted memory.

Conclusion, so far its a keeper.
i mainly use it to backup my contacts, calendar, and text messages. i dont use it for much else because it takes so long to sync. But, I definately agree. Its a keeper.
