no2chem wrote the driver that is in nrg's rom and MrObvious pointed you to the correct website. The specific install .exe (run from your phone) you want is attached, assuming that you are using the diamond (or TP). I think the 'toggle fastcharge' shortcut gets placed in a nuetools folder in the start menu.
