The app itself may be free, but Sprint does claim a monthly charge for the service if it is not already included in your plan. Although its a nice feature, it is entirely data/internet connection dependent, and thus, may not sit well with users w/o a data plan. Besides, the OP asked about the pro's and con's of each device, not its carrier and/or its services. The TP2 supports said apps out the box, whereas there is no foreseeable support for it in Android. Not that anyone really gives a sh!t about TomTom...but im just saying...its about the principle. LOL.
TP2 ALL DAY!

Lol @ tp2 all day. I can't knock you for liking the phone or winmo. I myself have been a loyal winmo user. True, they do charge an additional fee to use it. However, you need an everything data plan for this phone which includes the gps nav fee etc. Quick question have you tried the standalone gps on the tp2...i know in the past htc has said that standalone works, when infact it doesn't. Winmo should have an app for everything it has been out for years. That being said...android has a real good amount of apps for the short time that it has been out. Btw, I'm responding from the hero browser :-p.
