I tried a soft reset and also finally tried a hard reset. Neither worked. Do you think I should call Verizon and ask for another device? Will they let me hold onto this one until they get more in? I also really don't want a refurb either.
This really sucks, as I have an invisible shield installed on the device as well and will have to buy another one.
