No, should i have? Wouldn't hard resetting after i put the new rom on just reset it back to the old factory settings?

As far as updating profile no, haven't tried. What's that do?

Sorry for the NOOB questions, this is my first WinMo phone.

Lasly, does anyone know or have they experienced not being able to get on the internet after going to this rom? Ever since i updated to this rom i have no, and i mean zero intrnet capability.
Just had to take phone to sprint to have it looked at and they can't fix, and said they'd have to hard reset. It will be interesting to see if it goes back to the original factory rom as they say it will or what and whether it fixes my problem or not.

Now i'm scared to put the new rom back on fearing it will disable my internet again???
