I just went through this same thing with VZW. I sent mine back today because they would not work with me. I briefly thought about getting an Imagio while I am waiting for the TP2 to restock, but did not want to go through the hassle of returning yet another phone. I had a Sprint TP on VZW, but can't get that back on VZW. I had to switch back to my xv6800. Trying to wait patiently; however, it is very hard going back to the 6800 after using the TP2.
