I told verizon I want to cancel and go with AT&T

I gave Verizon a call and I told them I wanted to cancel my contract to go with AT&T's version of the phone. I told them WM6.5 was a big deal for me. They tried to get me to switch over the the Imagio. I explained for me the phone must have a keyboard. They put me on hold to see if there was anything else they could do for me. The operator came back and said she contacted the data team to ask about an upgrade. Their response was "There is no official word yet. There is a possibility it won't happen because the Imagio was just released and it has WM6.5 and the the TP2 is just a few weeks old. It may happen in the future but also not happen."

Surprisingly they didn't offer anything else to keep me as a customer. I figured they would have at least thrown in a free month or something like that to keep me.
