The issue above is probably due to some recent cleanup that sybase has been doing with their database. In order to fix the above issue, you will have to file an inter carrier sms ticket with a tier 2 tech. Call 800 922 0204 and choose option 3 followed by the sms option. Tell the rep you need them to file an inter carrier sms remedy ticket. Be prepared to give specific examples. Additionally, do not get off the phone without a ticket number. If it is not fixed within three days call back in and reference your ticket number.
