Ecare has been horrible about responding to several people, myself included. In fact, I just got an email tonight saying that I would need to bring my phone in to a store to see if it was defective. And this is after I got the okay to swap for a Touch earlier today!

BTW, the Touch has been shipped Overnight Next Day. I'll have it tomorrow!
