I remember under Verizon, I was always able to get the new activation price on a phone as long as I was willing to re-up the contract at the same time (I'd be willing to do this with Sprint as well).

Anyone know if it's possible to talk them into giving me the $349 price while still in-contract, or is it set in stone and I'm SOL until next year? I finally had the chance to handle a TP2 in person and it's amazing...not sure I can wait that long!
Yes. Sprint offers the full upgrade price after you've been in contract for one year.
