After my experience with Sprint customer service I think the trick is to keep them on the phone as long as you can. I called them back after buying my TP2 and asked to credit my account the difference of the price match. They didn't want to budge either. Every time they said "no" I told them that my wife was on Verizon (she is) and that she was nagging me to switch and I that I really prefer Sprint. I asked them to throw me a bone to go back to her with to convince her that it's the right thing to do for me to stay with Sprint. Finally they at least came back with one month free service and signed me up for the "pick 3" land line deal for free. Not the price match I was looking for, then again I had already purchased the phone and have only been a customer for a year.
