Huge thank you for this. A few months back I spent quite some time looking for it with no luck. Don't know why I didn't think to just extract it.
Anyways, here's a couple screenshots of it if anyone else is interested. It's just a simple, stand-alone battery app that shows draining and charging rates. Very handy.
