I was offered a TOUCH for my screwed up 2nd MOGUL thru Ecare. They agreed that if I could find one before they could order it I could buy it and return the MOGUL. I got mine Fri 11/2 and had it charged to my account and immediately sent Ecare an email with a tracking # for my returning MOGUL. They assured me that as soon as the MOGUL hits the return warehouse I will be credited back the full price of the MOGUL within 2 weeks.
TIme will tell.
