I have a feeling the problem was on their end. At the tech's direction, I did ##DATA#, entered my MSL, and changed the active profile to 1. It made no difference; my TP2 still could not successfully activate.
I don't know what they did after an hour on the phone, but it *finally* went through - But not before a rep flat out lied to me about my SERO plan and tried to upsell me to a plan that cost at least twice as much as my current one.
