This one is debatable as well. ATT has the Iphone possibly until this year. It has been a burden to them and their network (yes it makes them money), but they have even admitted their network won't be up to par with the iPhone user demand for the next few years.

Apple is even dissatisfied with their agreement. Because of ATT they can't have certain apps on the phone that use too much bandwidth.... they still don't have MMS. Tethering? Not legally.
The iPhone advantage is going to evaporate and go to the CDMA carriers.
