Sprint changed all of this last spring.

Warranty on refurbs by Sprint can be up to 364 days. It is 30 days or warranty period of original handset whichever is longer. If the OP's Touch pro is six months old and he gets a refurb as a warranty replacement from Sprint, Sprint warrants the handset for six more months Free in-store repair or replacement.

They will not send you back to HTC. Sprint warrants the OP's phone for free in-store service, warranty repair or replacement for 12 months with no TEP.
