I received a response to the e-mail I sent to e-care, you can clearly see it is a copy/paste answer... they even forgot to paste my name after "Dear ," in the beginning of the message.
However, this is what shocked me... look at this statement, anyone make sense of it?

My answer to that was that I know HTC is the manufacturer but that ultimately the device is Sprint-branded and Sprint is the one that provides support for it. I also asked what would be updated, and on what account since they are not clear at all on that message.
