how long ago was this again? yeah, id def be pissed if they pulled a switch-a-roo on that like me..
do u still have the confirmation email that says your replacement is suppose to be a TP?? thats your leverage...
however there is a downside to all this.. like the mogul, they may tell u a replacement may take 7-10days... they need to recieve some for repair and refurb them out as a first come first serve basis at this point... theyll accept your phone no prob, though they may not have one to send back out...
this happened on sprint with moguls and a TON of people, myself included basiclly forced Sprint into giving us TPs, since waiting a week or 2 for a replacement is not in the contract..
so you prob can force yourself into getting a TP again, but may be awhile.... if you have a back up device you can use for a bit, tell them you'll wait till a refurb TP can be shipped or youll take a credit towards a TP2.... either way, u need to give the diamond back, the longer u have it, the less time you have to atleast get back to a TP
