Im pretty sure that by default this ROM has some tweaks to allow for internet sharing via USB, and I think that might be the problem as far as the wifi sharing.
Everything works just fine, it connects to the PC, sets up the network and such, but from the PC end, it just says that it's a local connection and cannot access the internet.
someone have any tips or hints before I pitch this ROM and go back to an older one? i really like this rom so far and dont wanna change... thanks guys |
Wifi internet sharing is under Start>Utilities>Wifi Internet Sharing
Once you open the program, it will instruct you on how to connect.
