I suggest you use an app like memmaid or something that will show running processes instead of just task manager cause then you can see more detail about what is running. Like I said it could actually be an issue with the power button so if that's the case your only option would be to take it in for repair. Can you do a hard reset? If it still does it after that then you know it is a hardware issue. Good Luck!!
