Yes, so long as its the same band (GSM Radio on GSM Band, and CDMA with CDMA)

As I've said before these 'Radio' files are not different radios, they are simply different firmware versions for your phones' internal cellular 'radio'.
They are called Sprint X.XX.whatever simply because [for this example], Sprint releases that specific firmware version on a ROM update. It has nothing to do with your carrier.
