you can get the accessory just about anywhere, it's called 3.5mm Headset Adapter/FM Radio Antenna
The radio will only work with the antenna plugged in, not sure if it will work with bt. Might want to try internet radio, a site I use is

That way you won't look like a tool carrying the antenna above your head trying to get better reception.
