Hello,

I tried one of the firmware updates and it is stuck on the splash screen. I've hard booted, reset my phone etc but it keeps coming back to the sprint logo - can't get to the next screen. My computer won't recognize the phone so I can't rerun the firmware update from the computer

Can someone please help me to update the firmware from the microsd card? I know I saw it one of these forums a while back but I can't seem to find it.
