from my experience i would tell you to try calling up tech support @ 1-877-654-9111 option 2, thats what i did, even tho here are 3 repair centers within 20miles of where i live but they didnt do anything for me... if its still under warrenty call center will SHIP ONE TO YOUR HOUSE and youll get an empty "padded envelope" to put your broken tp and batt in and just send it back within 15days, and youre set.

at least thats what i did, and im on my good working tp now
