Keep in mind...Formally the 6700 is to be replaced by 6700B's and only in escalated situations have clients had model swaps done.

My understanding is that Lockline would have their own stock and not be in the same boat as the stores meaning that its likely 6700 is what you will get as a replacement. Now on a second note, since Lockline is Insurance you more than likely will be paying your deductable to get a handset swap. Since all new Insurance includes Repair you are far better off to goto a service center first before escalating an insurance claim. If you still need to file a claim, the CSR's can assist you with this.

Pesonally this seems to be a split camp as far as who prefers the 6800 to the 6700 and i think you are sitting well as long as you have a "New to you" functioning handset.

I dont want to speak for everyone, but i think we all agree you get absolutely the best client services at the store level dealing directly with a "Core Store".
