well here are a couple ways to do so...i made a cab to do it so that you really dont have to do anything...lol...heres a cab called diamond tweak...you can change it through this...and heres the reg info to change it manually
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\SMSNoSentMs g\ value "1"
