My wife and two college-age "children" all have Snaps -- Got them about 2-3 weeks ago... Very stable, lightweight, quick, nice software bundle, and a very capable phone. I'm a PPC "power user" since 2000 (original iPAQ 3630, then 3950, then 2210, then Dell x50v, then HTC Mogul, and awaiting the HTC TP2)... Bottom line is that I really like the Snap and even without wifi, I'd consider one for myself (even though I'm a touchscreen guy).
