MITsMAN Error? What is it?

I have started getting some sort of strange error on my phone and I can't figure out if it is software related or what might be causing it. It happened last night and then again this morning. My phone makes an odd sound and I notice it has gone into flight mode. It then becomes unresponsive. The screen still rotates, but I can't get it unlocked (S2U2). I end up having to reset it.

This morning, however, I was able to get it to unlock. It had an error window that said "MITsMAN: Keypad Callback EXCEPTION!!!!" Anyone know what this is related to? I couldn't click the error box, and the screen seemed to not work, so I again had to reset the phone.

I searched and can't find anything about this. Has anyone else encountered it or know what it means? What is MITsMAN?
