Hey all, I decided to try flashing my phone with the new official ROM from verizon. I download the tool and followed the instructions at
http://ars.samsung.com/customer/usa/...0&AT_ID=157998. I got to step 3, part 7, where it says to "Please wait while the device is restarted." My device restarted, but nothing is happening. The upgrade tool is still sitting on the "Please wait" screen. It's been there for about 10 minutes now. I don't want to unhook or anything, but from what I can tell my phone is on and nothing has changed (I use SPB and it is still there). Any thoughts or suggestions? I'm wondering if I can just soft reset the phone to get to the next step...

Edit: I should add that when the phone restarted, I got the message "problem installing hardware" from windows that you sometimes get when you hook up new hardware through USB.
