yea every time they told me to go to a repair center 80 miles away Sorry i have 3 kids and full time job i dont have time to drive 80 miles ( 160 round trip ) for some pimple face kid to tell me " YEP the keyboard is dead "

after my contract is up im jumping ship i think .. Oh and 50 LOL they wanted 140 EVERY TIME i needed a replacement . screw that as well

i will NOT use my insurance for a hardware defect hey if its my fault the phone dies ill gladly pay
