your msl most likely got reprogrammed when you flashed, so anything sprint would do for you wouldnt work. download & install Baf's MSL grabber to your phone, that will give you the correct MSL so you can get into EPST & reset the data profile. this WILL hard reset your phone btw, so backup anything important first.

this exact same thing happened to me when i got my refurb. the data provisioning got interrupted, i flashed a new rom right away which changed my MSL, & no amount of profile updates or IOTA programming could fix it. i fixed it on my own w/o sprints help.
