Re: Undoing Key Lock on Boot to Allow Hard Reset
If you can boot the phone, go to:
Start -> Settings -> System -> Clear Storage
This is the same as a hard reset.
As for the key-press method, what I have found you must do is this:
While powering on, hold Vol Down, Power, and press the stylus into the reset hole at the bottom of the phone.
