hmm. i just enabled simple pin on my device, and attempted to bring up the hard reset prompt.. and voila, there it was ?
are you letting go of the power button ? while its off, hold OK and vol down, then continue holding them down and start holding down the power button. while holding all three keys, after a few seconds, it should prompt you without ever actually booting up..

Now I remember when I synced up with my OWA for outlook emails for work, i got a message saying something about a security protocol requiring me to "lock" my phone. I don't mind this, but now, i can't uncheck that box. How do I remove that security lock that was enforced by the external party?
