You could always statically assign the computer an IP address in the 192.168.0.x range and give it a gateway of 192.168.0.1 (Subnet should be 255.255.255.0) and that should work. That's at least a workaround for now.

Awesome info, thank you.
Just to test, I flashed my phone to an old MightyROM, ran IS over bluetooth, and checked my IP with that. Sure enough, the gateway is set to 192.168.0.1...and I was able to browse from my PC just fine...just like it does on the Juicy Rom when connected via USB.
So, I think this is the issue...it must not be finding a DCHP server when connecting via bluetooth. Any ideas on why that might be happening?
I'm assuming the phone should be the DHCP server, right?
Thanks again...
