same here, i got my phone replaced with a mogul as well just the other day. i didn't pay anything because my insurance covered it apparently. it was my first replacement ever... I went there the 1st to get my phone replaced, they put in a order said it would take 4-5 days. I returned on the 10th they had me waiting around like 20 mins while they looked all over for the replacement phone they ordered for me, they finally told me they don't know what's going on with your phone (meaning the phone they ordered, i assume it never came... they obviously don't communicate well) so for my inconvenience he gave me a 6800... which is really what I was hoping for n the first place... and they handed me a brand new unopened mogul box... well he opened it in front of me to program it or something... but yeah... its was soo koo that my insurance completely covered my (upgrade) replacement... well worth the 7 dollars a month. and further more... didn't affect my contract! yay.. so hopefully ill be switching to sprint sero once the contract is up...
